Student Extern - Cybersecurity Risk Management
This position primary purpose is to support Cybersecurity Risk Management program activities.
Risk Advisory Services Program Support
Work with Cybersecurity Risk Management team manager to plan, coordinate deliver assigned related
Risk Advisory Services work products as part of externship engagement. All work product deliverables should include related assignment documentation, administrative workpapers, as applicable: (meeting agendas, meetings notes, recommendations, project artifacts, etc).
Work with assigned Risk Advisory analyst "Team Buddy" as a resource during the externship engagement.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. College bound or in-college students.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Systems.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required experience: No experience required.
Preferred Experience: Prefer a junior, senior or graduate student who is studying cybersecurity or computer science. Good customer service skills, willing to learn.
This position may be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and therefore may require routine reviews and screening. The ability to satisfy and maintain all requirements necessary to ensure the continued security and integrity of such infrastructure is a condition of hire and continued employment.
