Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree
Certification Required: None
Preferred Certification:
A+ Certification, MCP (or equivalent), Apple Certified, Macintosh Technician, MCSE, SIX SIGMA Black Belt, ITIL certification
Experience Required : Five years of experience in technology support, analysis, or project management, to include two years lead/supervisory experience. May substitute required degree for additional years of related experience on a one to one-year basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Personal computers and peripheral devices
Standard operating systems
Office productivity software
Network and internet environments
Troubleshooting logic and techniques
Knowledge of various types of remote access
Understands and aids in the development of concepts, practices and procedures within a desktop support environment
Familiarity with less common operating systems and software packages - Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend analysis, and different data analysis methodologies and techniques.
Knowledge of specific hardware and software in use at MDA. Experience in multi-platform and complex software environment.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
