Supervisor- Reception Services

Required Education: Bachelor's degree Health Services Administration, Business Administration or related field.

Required Experience: Three years of project coordination, lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare or front office environment. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: Avaya Experience to monitor productivity or any systems that monitor productivity; Compliance/Auditing. Scheduling. Flexibility. Conflict Management and Resolution. Kronos or similar systems experience. Imaging experience. Patient/Call Center areas. 4 years of Supervisory experience.
