Training Program Coordinator - Graduate Medical Education
The ideal candidate is an experienced GME professional with a strong background in managing ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs, ideally within Radiation Oncology or a related specialty. They possess deep knowledge of accreditation standards, institutional policies, and trainee administration, including scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations. Skilled in systems such as New Innovations, DISCOVER, and Qualtrics, the candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at coordinating across multiple stakeholders. They bring experience in CME coordination, compliance reporting, and grant-supported educational programs, and demonstrate excellent communication, judgment, and a commitment to advancing medical education excellence.
Hybrid Position
Hourly breakdown of salary range:
Minimum $29.08 - Midpoint $36.30 - Maximum $43.50

Key Functions Summary
Manages administrative operations for Radiation Oncology Residency and Fellowship Programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME and institutional GME standards.
Develops and maintains curriculum materials, trainee schedules, and evaluations, tracking progress toward ACGME core competencies.
Oversees resident and fellow recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, including NRMP/ERAS coordination.
Supports and coordinates Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, including grand rounds and ABR Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements.
Administers educational grants and fellowships (e.g., FRONTI2ER), including proposal development, reporting, and budget tracking.
Coordinates education contracts, trainee visa documentation, and HR-related processing in collaboration with institutional offices.
Serves as liaison among faculty, program leadership, trainees, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and program quality.
Utilizes New Innovations, DISCOVER, Qualtrics, and KRONOS for trainee management, reporting, and accreditation documentation.
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree
Experience
Required: Three years Related experience to include experience coordinating a residency, fellowship or research training programs. One year of related experience required with preferred degree.
May substitute education for additional years of experience on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred: In addition to required, solid visa administrative experience and technical expertise in use of GME, UME and CME applications.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
