Workplace Violence Prevention Director - Police Dept.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare, program management, or related field. Five years of related experience in behavioral intervention, threat management, workplace violence prevention program management in health care environment, which includes three years of leadership experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Certified Protection Professional (ASIS International), at time of hire or obtained within 12 months of hire. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
