Facilities Project Inspector - Architectural
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Sciences or other construction-related field.
Preferred: Working knowledge of International Building Code, Texas Accessibility Standards and Life Safety.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: 3 years Project management/construction management experience or 10 years Experience in the related construction trade to include one year of supervisory experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Experience performing architectural inspections for commercial construction.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Preferred: EL-M - Master Electrician Upon Hire
- Preferred: LMP - Licensed Master Plumber Upon Hire
- Preferred: Industry-sponsored inspector certifications pertinent to the trades being inspected. Upon Hire
