EDUCATION

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Master's Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 7 years In information technology services, to include two years supervisory/management experience.
  • May substitute required degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
  • Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Preferred: 5–8+ years HRIS/HR tech experience, including system ownership or lead role, ideally in healthcare or other highly regulated environments. 2 years of enterprise wide HR related implementations, 5 years of managerial experience. Proven ability to partner with HR, Payroll, IT Security, and Compliance to deliver upgrades, new modules, and integrations on time. Strong orientation toward data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user experience for HR, leaders, and employees. Comfortable managing small teams or vendors while still doing configuration, testing, and troubleshooting personally.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
