Outpatient Services Supervisor - GI Center

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Three years of experience in a healthcare environment to include two years in a project coordination/lead/supervisory capacity. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred: Three years of operational experience in a doctor’s clinic or hospital setting to include at least two years of people supervisory/leadership experience and proficient knowledge of EPIC.

Onsite Presence: Is Required

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
