Program Manager Behavioral Science

Required: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred: Master's degree. 

Required: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.

Preferred: PMP certification 

Experience in health education or health promotion program planning, management, and evaluation; community outreach; communications. Experience in designing and developing health education and/or health promotion programs, including the application of behavioral science theory and methods. Experience in area of tobacco control population and clinical behavior change interventions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure. Willing and able to work extended and flexible hours, function under demanding circumstances. Computer software skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. The ability to use good interpersonal, customer service, and critical thinking skills, work independently, and manage complex issues.
